My deepest condolences to all the family

Carol was a strong, courageous, fun loving, “can do” woman. She was great craic, loved her food, the chats and hearing all the news. She adored her Family and Grandchildren. Despite her prognosis she handled her illness in a most selfless and dignified way. She often spoke about her impending demise and did so in a calm, practical, thoughtful way, it usually took all of my reserves not to burst out crying. We spent many happy times during Covid, taking a stroll, having a tea or a glass of vino but no matter what situation presented itself, we always managed to laugh our heads off.
Carol you will be sorely missed. To George, Rebecca, Kealan, Clara, Karen, her wonderful sisters, brothers, much loved dad, relations and friends we offer our deepest condolences to all.
