Dear Rachel, Caroline, Martin & Niall, I was so sorry to only hear about your mum today. I always have great memories of the holidays in Mullaghmore and all the time I spent in Temple Villas where your mum and dad were always so kind and good to mum and I. Thinking of you all. Kind regards, Marion

My deepest sympathy to the O'Kennedy and Murphy families at this difficult time on the sad passing of your dear mother, grandmother and sister. I remember Carol very fondly when she joined our class at Loreto Nth Grt Georges Street for her final year of secondary school. She was so very friendly and we felt very lucky to have captured her from the Dominicans even for a short time. It was always a pleasure
to have her attend our special Reunions over the years. Sadly this year was not to be. Rest peacefully Carol.

I was lucky enough to be one of the many solicitors who benefitted from Carol's excellent guidance when she was at the Bar. I admired her greatly, she combined great advice with warmth and more than a touch of glamour and will be long remembered. Sincere sympathy to all her family and friends.

Caroline, Rachel, Martin and Niall, I was so very sorry to hear of the very sad loss of your wonderful, Mum. I had not realised how ill she was recently as I had not seen her for some time. However we went back a very long way as my parents and Eugene's parents were friends from the the time they all married. My mother loved Carol from the first time she met her, and admired her hugely. I remember the celebration when she and Eugene became engaged. Carol and I were friends over the years, but sadly, with busy lives didn't see each other enough. I loved her company and friendship and send all of you and all her much loved ones my very deepest sympathy.
Sympathy to all the Murphy family

My very sincere sympathy to dear Carol’s children and grandchildren. She was such a lovely fun person and I had the privilege of knowing her over a long number of years while working in the legal profession. I remember lovely chats with her and will forever remember all the lunches in The Bistro over the years. She will be sadly missed. May her gentle soul rest in peace. Geraldine
Bhí Carol in aon rang liom i Scoil Chaitríona, Sráid Eccles. Ba dhuine den scoth í - i gcónaí réidh le haghaidh píosa spóirt ! Bhaineamar uilig an- taithneamh as na cúirteanna ar a teach cónaithe - Óstán Ormsby taobh leis an scoil. Is cailliúint ollmhór í dá clann is dá cáirde agus freisin dá rang 1965. Go mbeidh suaimhneas síoraí aice.
A wonderful character and full of fun, sadly taken too early. Condolences to her family at this difficult time. RIP Carol. With love xx

Sincere sympathy to Carol's family. Carol was in my late husband's (John) year and they were called to The Bar in 1969. I was at their 50th anniversary celebrations in the King's Inns on November 8, 2019.
Previously I was at the 21st anniversary at the National Yacht Club, in 1990 - all memorable evenings.
I shall always remember Carol's smile. May she rest in peace.

So sorry to hear that Carol has left us. A great mother, grandmother and wife to Eugene. She leaves her close family and many friends bereft.
Carol was certainly a woman before her time. She devilled with my father John Cassidy, practised at the Bar, and returned home to rear her family.
That job (well) done, she came back to the Bar, and concentrated on Licensing law, where she had a stellar career.
My deepest condolences to her lovely daughters, whom I met with her many times, and all her family.
