Greetings, and my condolences to all of Caroline’s family. I was her roommate on her Afghanistan trip, also later Oman. And she came to visit me on the Prince’s Islands in Turkey. We kept in touch over our shared passion for travel, and I always admired her fearlessness to go where most people wouldn’t! RIP Caro

Was an honour to travel with Caro to a few odd places together with my mum, Angie. A lovely lady, and an amazing traveller. She will be sadly missed but will definitely not be forgotten by all those who had great luck in getting to know her.
