I was so sorry and saddened to hear of Caroline's passing. I had the absolute joy of sitting next to Caroline at Laya for many years during work experience and later, whilst in college. She was the most radiant, joyful and lovely person: a rare gem who brightened every room and always brightened our days. At our Parker family Mass and get together back in April, Caroline went to the altar with her cousin Paul to light a candle to remember her great grandmother, Lizzie. Like everyone, I was devastated to learn the sad news about Caroline on Friday morning.
It's difficult to put into words what Caroline meant to us in the Laya team. Caroline had a wealth of knowledge and experience and took such great pride in her work. Caroline was a fabulous friend, an amazing colleague and had the greatest values anyone could ask for in a human.

We are going to miss her smile, her laugh, her style, her friendship and most of all her presence on our team!
