Oh I’m shocked to hear of the death of Carl, may her gentle soul rest in peace. My sincere condolences to Carls family.

We fondly remember Carol growing up in Corbally. She was a beautiful girl inside and out. Heart felt sympathy to Carol’s Children and grandchildren, and to her sisters Linda and Siobhan and her brothers Paul and Graham. May she rest in peace.

Carol will always be remembered as a smiling and beautiful person, a pleasure to share time with. She was always true to herself.

We are friends for many years and there are lovely memories.

She was greatly loved and respected. This world has lost a very special person.

She chose beautiful music for her own funeral. What an amazing lady.

On behalf of Adare Women’s 2020 club members I would like to extend our condolences to Carl’s family and wide circle of friends . She was a popular and well loved member of our club who shared her knowledge , kindness , beautiful voice and joy for life on so many occasions . She will be hugely missed .

We are very sad about these news. When we bumped into Carl the last time in Limerick at the Milk market, all seemed to be good. We had no idea Carl was ill and maybe she wasn't then. We know her since 2009 when we met at the Failte Ireland Training Center in Roxboro and she was always so positive and friendly. Rest in peace, dear Carol.

I’m so sorry to hear of Carl’s passing. She was in my Masters course at UL and became a dear friend of mine in those years. I’m American and was in Ireland alone to study. Carl treated me like family. We had many “study sessions” out and days filled with afternoon tea or Sunday Roasts. She was so warm and welcoming. She will be greatly missed.

Only really got to know Carl a number of years ago when we attended french classes at alliance francaise. We used to sit beside each other and laugh alot. Had some fun nights out drinking french wine. A really lovely person who seemed more concerned about others than herself. Sincere condolences to all her family.
