My sincere condolences to all of Caroline’s family and friends. What a huge loss of a wonderful person. Caroline mentored me in Childline and was a huge support and cheerleader to get me on the phones and her empathy and skills where clear and an inspiration to us all . My thoughts are with all of her family and friends. .

I had the honour to serve as a volunteer with Caroline in the past two years. She was a great mentor, I learned so much from her. Her way with the young callers was so calm caring and institutive, she taught me so many extra skills that we are using today. I was privileged to see her the day before she passed, and am so grateful to have known her, she was a lovely compassionate person.

Condolences to the family on Caroline's Passing, Caroline gave so much of her time to the ISPCC and got as much out off it as she put in, She will be missed. RIP Caroline.xx

She gave so much of herself to all the Children and young people who contacted Childline over the years. She continued to provide support even when she wasn't feeling well and going through her own treatment. She has been and will continue to be an inspiration to us all here in Childline. She will be missed she will be remembered.

So sorry to hear the very sad news of Caroline's death. Caroline was a long serving and valuable member of the team of volunteers on Childline and has helped so many children throughout the years, a massive legacy to her generous and inspirational nature.

It was such a pleasure working with Caroline over the years in Childline. I was always happy when I arrived on shift to see Caroline there. She was always so kind, very fun to work with and just a lovely person. She often brightened up my day and it was heartwarming to hear her brighten up the days and lives of our callers. She was very devoted to ensuring all our young callers had the best possible service experience. Her practice was inspirational and she has made a positive impact on the lives of so many young people. She was a much loved member of the Childline team. Rest in peace Caroline x

Rest in Peace Caroline. My heart is broke especially since I missed your funeral. We had so many attempts at going for lunch when one of us was on shift in Childline that just never happened for a variety of reasons. I will miss you so much for giving me helpful advice both in Childline and also in general. The kids of Childline were blessed to have you to chat to. They’ll never know just how devoted you were to them.
