My stand out memory of Caroline was her friendliness and the platter of penguin bars she would produce at Halloween making her the most popular neighbour for trick or treaters!

I'd like to offer my condolences to all the O'Rourkes on the their loss. Caroline was such a big hearted and warm character whenever she'd open the door in Baldoyle when we knocked to door. My thoughts today with Adrian, Ronan and Fionnuala and to Grandkids Sean, Glen and Ronan who I was lucky enough to get to know during their time in Lusk CC. Take care.
