I am very saddened to hear of the untimely death of Angela.
My deepest condolences to her twin sister Patricia as well as to her sisters Marie, Bridie and Ann. My sympathies also to Angela’s extended family, friends and to her colleagues.
I have very fond memories of Angela. She really was a lady. A lady in the way she talked, in the way she walked, in the way she dressed and in the way she turned herself out. Not a hair astray, ever! Angela loved her fashion and, she loved black. She was always immaculately styled. She went to Milan to buy her clothes and my goodness did it pay off. She would not have been out of place in any catwalk around the world.
Angela had a very sharp mind and an equally sharp wit. She was very witty and could engage in repartee with the best but did not suffer fools gladly. But above all, Angela was kind and generous of spirit and offer help where needed.
May you rest in peace Angela and may the light of heaven shine upon you.

I was so saddened to hear of Angela's untimely death. She and I were in the same class in the convent in Kells. We kept up the contact for some years after we both moved to Dublin. As happens in life - we lose contact as our personal and work lives get busier. Angela was a beautiful girl, full of energy and had the guts to disagree with the nuns if she didn't agree with what they had to say. She was ahead of her time!!. Angela was very generous and kind. I hope you rest easy now Angela.
