Only got to know Catherine over the past few years but she made such an impression on me. She was a true lady, kind, gentle and welcoming. Her care and concern for others and her selfless nature were exemplary. Although obviously unwell she never complained. I will remember her fondly and pray that she has found respite from her suffering and eternal happiness in heaven. Her legacy will live on through through Leon and Jasmin who also share her kind and gentle qualities. Sincere condolences to all her family and friends.

I'm so sorry to hear this .Catherine we go back over 50 years. Your family and mine. Leo Fitzgerald House. You're ma and da was amazing. Ann my best friend. We all were so close. The 2 family's. I'll always remember all the fabulous things we got up to. It's so heartbreaking 💔You're reunited with your ma and da and sisters and brothers ❤. Rest in peace buddy 🙏❤

I'm just so sad and sorry to hear of Catherine passing away. We grew up together in the flats, and I have such great memories of all the childhood things we got up too.
