On behalf of the past and present staff of the Meath and Tallaght hospital ITU I wish to convey our deepest condolences to Kathleen's family after her tragic and sudden death.
She was a wonderful nurse and I personally will never forget her kindness and compassion to me and my husband's family as she cared for my mother -in- law in Mayo ITU.
May she rest in peace.
