Daniel, I just heard about your mother's passing. May she rest in peace. My children went to St. Declan's and when myself and my husband started our school bookshop and for many years, Catherine and Con were very kind and supportive. Thinking of you and all the Keohane and Donohoe family at this sad time.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs Keohane. I have lots of great memories of the years she taught us in St Declans N.S. She introduced us to our first ever computer and I remember her love of Irish and the tin whistle !

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Caitríona, who was Deputy Principal in St. Declan’s N.S., Ashbourne, where she served with great dedication from 1966 until her retirement in 2005.

Her kindness, wisdom, and commitment to the children and families of our school community left a lasting mark on all who knew her. She will be fondly remembered by past pupils, colleagues, and the wider Ashbourne community.
