I was very sorry to read of the death of Kitty and I want to send my deepest sympathies to Brid and the boys on her death. Kitty was a hardworking woman all her life and both she , and her late husband , John , whose funeral I officiated, were highly respected and regarded in the community. Kitty and John were always great Church people , lovers of the Mass and Holy Communion , and Kitty had her own seat in the tower of the Church. We had many chats over the years and those chats were sincere , witty , and most interesting . She certainly has left a great legacy of Faith to her family , her grandchildren , her great grandchildren. Regretfully I am unable to attend the funeral , you are all in my thoughts and prayers. May Kitty’s soul rest in eternal peace.
