SO sorry to hear that Kitty has passed away and even more sorry that we could not give her the “send off” she deserved. I knew her from golf but especially Bridge. Her humour brought a ray of sunshine to all our lives. At dheis De go rainh a h-anam dilis.

We already mourned Maurice and now we mourn the other half of that amazing duo.
Kitty was a force of nature with a well of stories and a brilliant Bridge Player.
They are both sadly missed.

Mayo women of her generation are terrific. My own mother was a Kilgallen from Kiltimagh who lived to 94. They were wonderful, hard working womenwith a strong faith.

They can inspire us all to get through the present problems. Thoughts and prayers for your self and the family.
