Sincere sympathy to Seán and all the extended Loughran and Dooley families on the death of Catherine. I have lovely memories of Catherine in the Abbey Tavern in the 1960s where she met the handsome Seán who was one of the renowned Abbey Tavern singers. I was privileged to know Séan from an earlier period with the Fintan Lalor Pipe Band where he was highly regarded. They were a lovely couple.

I was very saddened to read today of Catherine's passing .
My deepest and sincerest condolences to you, your children and the extension Loughran and Dooley family.
Before you moved out of my area in Clonsilla I was your family GP.
I remember Catherine as being a very devoted and caring wife and mother. And, also a very caring and devoted daughter to her late Mam who I met on many occasions when she visited from Tipperary.
The loss of one's best friend and soulmate leaves a great void in one's life. With time the pain eases but the wonderful memories that you have shared in your lifetime together will never fade. They will stay in your heart forever.
May her gentle soul Rest in heavenly Peace.
