It is with immense sadness that l've learned of Cathy's passing. Both of us started out together in LEO Pharma. Cathy was full of fun & kindness & loved singing. I remember her meeting Dermot & all of the associated excitement. l visited her home & had long chats with her late mother. Cathy will be greatly missed. I convey my condolences to Dermot & your girls. Dear Cathy May you Rest in Peace.

So sad at Cathy’s passing. She was a beautiful lady and was always so kind to everyone. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Dermot & Family . Deepest condolences on the death of Cathy. Cathy and myself started school the same day at 4 years of age. Remained in and out of each other life’s. Last time we meet was in Davys. I'm so sorry to hear of Cathy's passing. I worked with her at the Infant school and she was such a wonderful lady, so good natured and good humoured. I always enjoyed a chat with her. I worked with Cathy in the Infant School , she was there the day I did my interview , she talked to me kindly and helped to calm my nerves . When I got the job , she she showed me to my first permanent classroom and gave me a hug knowing how important that moment was to me . We had many laughs and chats , she was such good fun . Cathy was a really gem and irreplaceable . I’m so sorry to her lovely family to hear of her passing .

May we share our condolences with Dermot, Aoife, Elaine, their spouses and Cathy’s adored grandsons and Cathy’s sisters and brother. Cathy was one of life’s special treasures, kind, thoughtful, good humoured and always ready for the chat. Cathy worked for many years as school secretary in the Infant School until her retirement. Here she was known and loved by parents, pupils and staff and was such a warm and welcoming face at the school door. On a personal note Cathy was a great friend and confidant and we will miss her greatly. It was an honour to have known Cathy for so many years. May She Rest in Eternal Peace after a life so well lived.
