We extend sincere sympathy to Catherine and family on Cecil’s sad passing. I got to know Cecil during my final years in Wicklow Co.Co. A gentleman whose craft and workmanship was flawless and of the highest order. May he he rest in peace.

I remember Cecil from our younger
days in Ashford School, and beyond.
He was a kind gentle boy then. I am sure that he was always a kind and gentle man.

I am truly shocked and deeply sad to hear Of the passing of one Of life's true and gentle soul's.. I want to thank Cecil for his unwavering kindness, support and unconditional friendship that he gave to our Uncle Dick Carroll, over many years.. For that we will always be grateful. A special place is held in our hearts for that very reason. My deepest sympathy to Cecil's family. He always spoke of you all with such love,it was Pure Joy to listen to. No doubt he was guided home on wings of Angels,. Rightly so. In our hearts and prayers always.

Cecil was such a lovely gentle person. We remember him well from so many family gatherings in Cronroe and later in Ashford. He also built the first kitchen in my parents' house many years ago.
