I met Celina in 2012 when I joined the Park Singers. I remember her being like sunshine. She radiated a warmth and goodness that could fill any room.

I am so dreadfully sorry for your loss. I only hope your lasting memories and supportive family and friends bring you some comfort at this difficult time.

I was so sad to learn that Celina, a beautiful person, was no longer with us. Celina had such a wonderful gift for making people feel seen and appreciated, often with an enthusiastic “buddy” or “pal” and a story that would have us all laughing.

Even in the hardest of times Celina carried such gratitude for life and for the people around her. Her greatest light was always her beloved Olivia, whom she cherished deeply and spoke of with such pride.

Celina was like a sunflower, always turning towards the light and bringing others with her. I will miss her radiance, her honesty and her laughter, and I feel truly enriched to have had the warmth of her spirit in my life. She will be forever missed.

My heartfelt condolences to dearest Olivia, her much-adored parents, her loving family and her wide circle of friends. To all of us who had the privilege of walking alongside Celina in life, her light will leave a lasting glow in our hearts. xxx

So very sorry to hear of the loss of Celina- my condolences to her loving family. Celina was our very favourite babysitter growing up, our family adored her. My condolences to all who knew and loved Celina, especially her Mam and Dad, her siblings and her daughter Olivia. It is some years since I met Celina in person, we worked together in Artane, she was a gorgeous person and such fun. Codladh sámh Celina

I am deeply saddened and shocked at the death of Celina. I had the privilege of singing with her in choir for many years. In all that time I had deep admiration and respect for Celina. For her kindness, her impactful emotional intelligence and how her energetic sharing of her gifts made a huge contribution to the special experience we all shared. I felt at ease in her presence, and I loved how she was always quick to laughter and fun. I am heartbroken for Celina, her daughter, her family and friends, and Eileen. It is no consolation on such an incomprehensible loss but I will remember her always.

Celina was the perfect combination of fun and kindness. Her warmth was always evident in her beautiful smile and infectious laugh. Celina was the very best of us… always had a kind word and a warm smile, always more interested in your life than wanting to talk about her own. Strong as oak tree, stubborn as a mule, funnier than most comedians, a fierce and wondrous mother and the most loyal friend anyone could ask for. My heart breaks for the world that has lost one of its most special people.
