Dear Seamus, Sandra, Adrian and extended families, we're really saddened to hear the sad news. Your mam will be profoundly missed by us all, especially by mammy. Coming up 2-3 times a day and sitting in 'her' chair at the table - the only person who claimed her own chair in mammy's house. 😊

It's hard to image mammy's house without her. Every visit home from London was brightened by her warm welcome and greeted with homemade buns and apple tart, always ready for us. She enjoyed a cup of tea - just a cup of tea, no biscuit - and a good banter. We'd be there for hours chatting endlessly about everything under the sun I'll always remember teasing her, 'Celine would you like a cup of milk with a dash of tea?'

Kieron and boys loved her; they knew that whenever Celine comes up, plans for the day would be put on hold because the craic was good. 😊

She had a unique ability for bringing peace to disagreements, seeing both sides and acting as the peacemaker.

Remember the day trips we had? We had many - they're memories we'll remember forever ❤️

We count ourselves very blessed and fortunate to have had a beautiful lady, a dear friend and a trusted confidant as our neighbour.

Celine French, née Gamble, you have left an irreplaceable void in our lives. You will forever be in our hearts and minds. ❤
