My sincere condolences to Orla, Celine and Gerard on the passing of your mother Celine. She was a wonderful lady and a very good friend of my mother and indeed my mother and aunt in -laws (Benson) from Loughrea. When my mother moved from Dr Mannix Road Mrs. O’Donovan would drive to Knocknacarra with Mrs. O Dea and Mrs O’Connor for tea and a catch-up. My mother loved these visits which only your mother’s driving ability allowed. Wonderful childhood in Dr Mannix Road made great by our these strong women.
