Sending deepest condolences from your old neighbours
I have great respect for Celine, a woman of great charm, beauty & courage. She rose so strongly after extreme adversity, the loss of her beloved Seamus, the loss of her daughter Jacqueline, & so soon after, of her daughter in law Marie Barr..
She will always be in my memory,
Maeve

Our deepest sympathies to Michael, Oliver, Victor and all the Pomeroy family on the passing of beautiful Celine. She was a lady. We always enjoyed her company and we will miss her greatly. Rest in Peace.
We met Celine when she came to Maine to visit Oliver. What a delightful, loving woman! We were immediately drawn to her kind ways that also included a bit of wit and fun that was very evident. That sealed the friendship. When we visited Dublin on a trip with students from Bay Path University, we invited Celine to our welcome dinner with a group of about 80. The entertainment was loud and joyous and Celine joined in with all of us to enjoy a grand evening of laughter, singing, and dancing. One of our guests twirled her around the dance floor and even in her 80s, she was such a graceful, beautiful dancer. Our students loved her! From then on, we always asked about our dear Celine and Oliver kept us informed of her health and well-being over the years. May she rest in peace knowing her legacy is her family, friends, and the wonderful memories she left for all of us of a life well-lived and loved! With our deepest sympathies and love to the family.
Victor we are very sorry to hear the sad news of Celines passing. We have fond memories of spending time with Celine and Seamus over the years. Celine was full of joy & she was most friendly and welcoming. We know that she will be a great loss to you and your family. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Michael, Oliver, Victor and the extended Pomeroy family,
Rosita and The O'Beirne family are deeply saddened with the news of the passing of a very much loved sister and Aunt.
Rosita and Celine were very close sisters who lived and shared many of life's events together. Rosita nurtured and loved her younger sister. The two always greatly enjoyed each others company and marked many wonderful and happy occasions with plenty of laughter along the way.
The O'Beirne cousins have always had great affection for Celine as she shared in many happy milestone family events with us.
Celine, the very essence of a true lady will be greatly missed, most particularly by Rosita. We also think of Uncle Seamus and our own dear father Peter at this time. Rest in peace.
