I will miss our chats Charles and your wonderful texts. Also our coffee breaks between lectures with Lola in UCD. I'll miss seeing you print off your assignments. You were delighted with life in college
You loved every minute of it. You will be very much missed. I am sorry we never got that next catch up for that whiskey (coffee) ❤️ Love to you my friend X
RIP Charles

Goodbye Uncle Brendan - I've never known you by any other name and you always called me Cy. Your off to the biggest adventure of them all now, the unknown in the big blue. You've touched the hearts of many in almost every corner of the world. The many you've known knew you many different ways but everyone knew your smile, your lust for life and the world and I'm sure everyone knew at least one of your travelling tales. Those were the best.
For me they always began when coming home from school and seeing your little brown mini on the driveway at home as you'd returned from your most recent adventure. Your brown leather jacket laid neatly over the arm of the couch and the sound of your laughter or voice eminating from the kitchen. The once in a blue while we'd get to see you - and that was OK, because that was who you were.
I'll never forget you my funny, sometimes mysterious, friendly, cool, journeyman uncle. Definitely one of the best, Gone But Not Forgotten. I'm really saddened by your passing and so so sorry I couldn't be there for you and Dad and everyone else.
In Loving Memory
