Charles (Charlie) Dempsey

I am shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Charlie. He (and the late Kay) were wonderful neighbours and friends to our family and I extend my sincere condolences to Hilda, John, Karen and Andrew. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of Charlie's untimely passing and my condolences to all his family. I knew him as a colleague from early 60's, and a more helpful person one could not meet. Charlie was a thoroughly gentle man, sensible, sincere and steadfast. He will be missed, but has gone to meet his beloved Kay

Joe Goss and myself were his regular golfing partners in Lucan Golf Club over the last several years of his playing days. We miss him, so sad at his passing, pleased to have attended his requiem mass today.

So sorry to learn of the passing of Charlie, we have many pleasant and happy memories of times shared with both Charlie anf Kay in Dublin.
I spent many happy and enjoyable years in the Engineers Dept. in AGSD with Charlie, he was a fine collegue, good company and a true gentleman.

My deepest condolences to Charlie's family on his death.
I spent quite some time working with Charlie during the construction and installation of the Fermentation and Beer Processing Plant at Guinness in the '80's.
During that time Charlie and I travelled to Holland on many occasions to inspect the fermentation and storage tanks that were being built there before shipment to Dublin. Charlie was extremely professional and thorough in undertaking the work there and in our free time he was so convivial, thoughtful, calm and considerate. I remember him fondly.
May he rest in peace.

and I had the privilege of playing golf on numerous occasions with him he
was great company on and off the course, a true gentleman. He will be

Very shocked to hear about the passing of my uncle Charlie proper gentleman have many fond memories of the visits to my mam and dads especially at Christmas time with Kay .Our condolences to all the family .May he rest in peace.

I was so sad to hear that Charlie had died this week. I met him a number of years ago at Genealogy classes and he was very generous and gave me regular advice on my research. He was a gentleman and I am so happy I had a chat with him in class last Thursday. My condolences to all Charlie's family and may he rest in peace.

Charlie was a lovely man, I will forever miss him . I enjoyed the chat with him when he came over to see my grandad Sean denton recently last month . He gave me a good advice about life or anything. 💔 my condolences to family of his . RIP great uncle Charlie xxx
