Charles Desmond (Des) CROSS

So sorry Suzanne and Jacqui to learn of Des' death and that Pam & I could not make it to his funeral.
Des was my mentor in Aer Lingus Engineering (1967 to 1978) and I greatly respected his professionalism and dedication to achieving the highest standards in all that we did during a time a great expansion of the Aer Lingus fleet and the growth of technical support services provided internationally from Dublin Airport.
By coincidence, Madeline and I were at Kindergarten together on the Strand Road in Dublin.

Deepest sympathy to Suzanne, Tony and all the family. Remembering Madeline at this sad time.

Very sad to learn of Des’s Passing our sincere condolences to his family and friends. He was a kind,charming and delightful man, he will be sadly missed.
