I remember Charlie from many years ago when I was welcomed into your house during school going years;in recent times it was meeting Charlie when he would be enjoying his walks with you Monica and having a chat and a laugh with you both while en route. He will be missed but remembered most fondly by all the neighbours here. Keeping you in our thoughts at this time.

My sincere condolences to Monica and Paula, Lucia, Monique, and William on the loss of Charlie, who was a true gentleman.

I have such fond memories of the hikes we shared when I was young, and I will always remember his kindness and patience, even with a group of teenage boys taking over his sitting room in Meadowlands to watch WWF wrestling.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
