Sincere Sympathy to Pauline and John on the passing of dear Frank He was always a gentleman May his soul rest in peace.
RIP, CFF.
Happy memories of times spent with Tom and Frank. May he Rest in Peace.
Working with ‘Mr. Fell’ at the Licensed Vintners Association offered an incomparable learning experience across very many facets of economics, legislation, politics and… fun! If there wasn’t some fun to be had or some mischief to be found in the work at hand it didn’t hold the kind of interest for which he seemed to believe life was made… in every sense he was full of life, interest and eccentricities.

In particular, while he read volumes so as to be well informed, he invariably sought to find new ways of looking at things and a different angle on each issue, in so doing often formulating unorthodox and creative proposals to bring about resolution of situations and to break new ground for change and improvement in the many and varied aspects of the Association’s and its Members’ interests and activities.

The stories and escapades were endless, intriguing, superbly told, but so often unprintable!
The whole team worked amicably together and served the members well under Frank’s unique leadership to which he brought insight, a wealth of knowledge and intelligence, professional skill and experience, complete with an undoubted zest for challenges.

The end of an era indeed.
May he Rest in Peace.
With deepest sympathy and most sincere condolences to his family and friends.
