It is with sad regret that I heard of the passing of Charles Horan - my neighbour from across the GLIN from Ballinard. I am showing my age when I say I knew his Father and Mother very well. Charlie had a “ birds eye view “ of Ballinard which prevented us children from getting into mischief.. Happy Days.
