So very sorry to hear of Charlie's death. He was such a lovely man. My late Dad worked in Todds with him and he was our Uncle Charlie. He never changed over the years always with a smile and a cheerful word. Rest in Peace Charlie.

Words cannot express how saddened I am over the passing of Charlie, my neighbor and friend. Charlie always had a twinkle in his eye, a smile on his face and a little joke or funny story to tell me. Always polite, cheerful and humble, he was truly one of of only two or three genuine gentlemen that I've known in my life. I will miss him dearly. Rest in peace, Charlie. You'll be remembered fondly by me.

I was so sorry to hear that Charlie had passed away, our families were old friends and neighbours and I seem to have known Charlie forever. In recent years we often met in the early morning when I would be walking my dog and he was out for a stroll and we always had a chat. He was such a kind and gentle man, always smiling and in good humour. My sincere sympathy to his family. May he rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to all the family and friends who mourn Charlie, it certainly was a shock to hear he died. So many will miss the morning chats and banter. You could meet him anywhere as he so enjoyed his daily stroll. He had such a pleasant manner, he truly was a gentleman. I'm sure there isn't a lady in the parish that wasn't told during the course of a conversation how beautful they looked, he really was a lovable charmer.
