My sincere sympathy to you David on the recent death of your beloved Chrissy.I extend my sympathy also to Chrissys relatives and friends on her passing.May she rest in eternal Peace.
Our deepest sympathy to David on the sad passing of Chrissie. She had a great love of West Cork and everything to do with her Hero Michael Collins. She was a great supporter of our Commemoration events in Sam's Cross. Her memory will live on in the beautiful books she produced to honour the memory of Michael Collins.
So sorry to hear of Chrissy's death while I was away. She was a warm, wonderful, imaginative and diligent woman, writing original and interesting books on Irish history. I got to know her when researching Howth's story during the War of Independence and met her, and her lovely husband David, at many local events. A particular favourite of hers was the Howth Singing Circle. I can only express my sincerest condolences to David and to all their family. My heart goes out to you all.
David - as you face the days ahead without your beloved Chrissie may you be aware of God’s loving presence surrounding and supporting you at this sad time of great loss. Chrissie was so special and you shared so many great memories.
David, sorry for your very great loss of Chrissie. I pray that God will give you the strength to face the coming days. My son, Amos often spoke of you.
Thank you for everything, Chrissy. Your generosity will never be forgotten.
With deepest sympathy for your loss, on behalf of John and Betty Walsh
All my thoughts are with you, David. Chrissy will always be fondly remembered. A candle will be lit for her in Notre Dame.
Chrissie , you will be greatly missed by all of us in the Michael Collins community down here in Clonakilty. Was always great to meet David and yourself. A true lady. Your beautiful books on the Big Fella will keep your memory alive.
All strength to you, David, from all at Howth Singing Circle
My sincere sympathy to her devoted husband David on the recent death of Chrissy, and to your families and friends.
Rest in Peace Chrissy. I’ll miss seeing that lovely smile.
David, we were so sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved Chrissy.
We had many good times together since we were neighbours in Verbena.
She was a very learned and industrious historian. She had a good life with you.

So sorry David, your life companion is gone, you were a lovely couple always. May Chrissy rest in peace.
Deepest sympathies to David, Chrissy was a wonderful person and a real lady. I enjoyed every minute of our conversations and still tresure her book
Dear Dave, Very sorry to learn of Chrissy's passing. May she rest in peace.
A lovely enthusiastic lady. The going of such a loved one never finds us prepared and brings inescapable loneliness and sorrow.

My deepest sympathy to David and Chrissy's wide circle of friends.

Mary
