Many a phone call she took in the earlier years of Sylane Hurling Club pre - online fixtures or what’s app groups , Chrissie carefully took note of the message and fixtures were held.
There were many pots of tea made by her in ease although the visits were often unannounced by hurling committee trying to coordinate matches and Teams,
Chrissie was a great host ,
