Sincere condolences to Brendan and all the family on the passing of your Mum. May she rest in peace.

To all the Ebbs, I'm really sorry to hear of the passing of your mother, while she lived to a fantastic age, it's still hard to believe she's gone. I enjoyed calling in to see her, even in recent times, she would always be glad to see you, even though she was told not to answer the door, she'd tell me and then laugh about it. She was a brilliant person, a very wise woman, who was always a pleasure to talk to.

She had so many qualities, even if there was a bit of a squabble in the house, she would expertly clam the situation, I was thinking, if Donald Trump and Joe Biden walked into her house, they'd leave shaking hands and head off for a pint.

In all my life I've never met anyone so likeable as your 'Ma' (as she was called). It was a pleasure to have known her.

I grew up in Shanliss Park like many others, and Mrs. Ebbs was one of my favourite—if not the favourite—of all the mothers from the park. You could tell her anything; she was like a true friend. She gave such valuable advice, and you could always trust that whatever you shared with her would never be repeated. An absolute LADY in every sense. May she rest in peace.

Completely heartbroken for Caroline, Paddy and the family on the passing of Christina. An absolute beautiful soul and lady, always made my day. It was an honour and a priviledge to get to see Chris regularly, listen to her stories about her time in the pipe band, her songs and poetry on repeat each day. She was definitely the highlight of my day. She will be deeply missed. My thoughts are with all the family at this difficult time. Xx
