Dear Maria Pat and all the family. We are deeply saddened by the loss of your dear mother,our beautiful treasured friend Tina. She was a great inspiration to all of us ,and we will dearly miss her. The funeral mass said it all,as from the beautiful eulogy read by her lovely granddaughter Molly. We are all God's children, Tina was a Divine Child of God,as she lived a holy life in serving God,Jesus, and Our Lady.
How can a love like Tina's be taken from us. It cannot. It can only be perfected as she is in the Holy Presence. Remember Maria that she is there to always guide her family.
That will never be taken from her.

Our heartfelt sympathies to all of Tina’s family, especially to Maria & family. We were blessed to hold Tina as a neighbour in Abbey Court. Tina’s friendly chats, kindness and gentleness brought great joy to us all especially during the tough covid days when all we saw were our neighbours & chats from a distance while always looking out for one another. We sang and danced together with the OMNAS and offered sacred hymns in our Church choir. We enjoyed every minute of it. Heaven has a new angel. And I know if there’s a choir in heaven Tina will be forefront sweetly singing hymns of praise. And perhaps an odd feisty Scottish ballad or two. I was deeply saddened on Monday when I heard of the sudden passing of Tina. Such a kind and gently spoken lady. It was always a pleasure to be greeted by Tina's wonderful smile and I always enjoyed our little chats.

I waa very sad to hear of Tina's unexpected death last Monday. Since her arrival in Portumna some years ago we had many connections. She sang with Portumna church choir, and her warm persence every Sunday was a beacon of joy. She sang also with Omna singers for a number of years. In 2022 she got involved in a project for Shorelines arts festival. She was paired with a girl from Portumna Community school and they bonded over a cookery book. She really enjoyed the contact and they continued to text each other. I will miss her smile, her bubbly laugh, her kindness and her presence. May the choir of angels welcome her. Rest easy Tina.

I have the loveliest memories of Tina having grown up with Maria, the memories of the delightful smell of scones & banana bread almost every time i entered the house, of Maria sitting in a chair having her hair lovingly brushed & pleated to perfection, Tina's softly spoken love & kindness always present.
