Whenever I land in Dublin the first thing I look forward to is heading to artane to eat some of granny’s veggie lasagna. I have lots of fond memories of cooking and baking with her- or picking potatoes in the garden or even going to pennies at artane castle. She was a very special person in my life, sending my condolences and love from Australia
