Dear Mary, Pat, and your Families
Your mum was such a special lady. Some of my best childhood memories were visiting your parents in Cork with my brother Bob. I'll never forget your mum would purposefully make us giggle at night while we all said night time prayers. Her way and the perfect way to distract children from being away from home.
I too remember sitting on our front wall with Bob waiting for your mum and dad to arrive for a visit. The wait and subsequent arrival was as good as any Christmas morning and Eve. We would gallop into our home when your parents arrived giving everyone the good news they were here

God bless your Mum. She was an incredible Lady. One of s kind. My sympathies and thoughts are with you all during this sad time

With love
Lucy
