I have really fond memories of our time working together in Greystones station and the many laughs we had on many a trip to Manchester. Chris was a larger than life character, witty and caring and someone im glad i was able to call a friend. Rest easy now Boo Boo. RIP

Chris has been a larger than life character in our club and community for almost 20 years and has coached, mentored, umpired, refereed, inspired, (frustrated!!) challenged, supported and encouraged many of our young people including and especially Alex to greatness and special memories over the years,

So so sad to hear of a great friends passing. We were childhood friends who all grew up together playing on the roads. All the fun and laughter we had throughout the years. My mam and Chris's mam were great friends and we were always in eachothers houses. Chris was a friend to all,young and old and was a great worker from the time he was a young lad on the milk lorry and paper rounds.Another lovely neighbour gone from the road who will be truly missed.Barbra and Alex,my deepest condolences to you both on this very sad occasion of a wonderful Husband and Dad and Friend.
