To all our Dignam family our Cousins and their families we send heartfelt condolences at the passing of their wonderful dad, and my wonderful Uncle Christy. He was a truly great dad to his children always encouraging and inspiring them to be the best they can. He did this along with their mum Theresa (now passed) and they can be proud of them all.
Uncle Christy had a wicked sense of humour and always made everyone laugh and he could never chastise one of his children without a smile on his face and in his voice but they never disappointed or disrespected him. Truly a wonderful family and we are so proud to be a part of that family.
Rest in Peace dear kind and loving Uncle Christy we will miss you so much but treasure all the wonderful memories we have of you and aunty Theresa. God Bless and we’ll see you again one day xx

Sincere sympathy to the Dignam family. We knew Christy and Teresa when we all enjoyed great summers in our mobile homes in Tramore. We loved having the chats and Christy was an absolute gentleman. Our son Andrew and Edward were skateboard buddies around the park. Suaimhneas siorai do.

I was just thinking of you all today, bringing your dad to his final resting place. Many thoughts went through my mind off all the sofas he recovered for me chairs and stools he was a great man with his hands and if you were privileged enough to be classed as part of the family you got to get some of Christys famous apple tart and we did. Christy and Teresa were like second parents to me if I needed anything I just had to knock at 29.
I was 19 years old when I moved on to the Ave and I loved it ,we were so happy there great neighbors like Christy, Teresa. Robbie and Lily Keely, Joe and Kay Hewitt to name a few it was one of the best places to live we always said we lived down the rich end because we had the cul de sac but truth be told we were all in the same boat I could go on for ever because I loved these people so much, Rest In Peace Christy you earned your wings .Gone but never forgotten .
