I was very saddened to learn of the sad and untimely passing of Christy who I first met over 40 years ago and with whom I shared many good times over a pint or when delivering loads of sand and gravel with his lorry He was such a good truck driver and great company who enjoyed very much the success of Clare Hurlers’ All Ireland Hurling wins in ‘95/‘97 and no doubt in 2013 and 2024 My sincerest sympathy to Marie and family and extended Greene family May Christy’s gentle soul rest in peace
