IABA and the entire Irish Boxing Family would like to express our deepest condolences to the family, friends, loved ones and club mates of Templemore Boxing Club's Christopher Doyle, following his untimely passing.

Christopher was a multiple National Champion, having won the 2024 National BG4 60kg title and 2023 National Junior Cadet 57kg title. He was to contest this 2025 National Junior 1 Championship semi final this Saturday.

A 10 bell salute, in his honour and memory will take place before boxing this weekend. Suaimhneas agus síochán do.

I remember Christopher on the side lines of his brothers matches rising the ball and barley just walking he was every match hoping to be old enough to join the club.
