I studied Physics with Mr Sealy from 1982 to 1984. He was brilliant, creative and an utterly wonderful teacher and human being.. I have been a teacher myself for 22 years and I often tell my own students about him. He built robots for the New park fair. A real gent.
I remember Mr Sealy as my teacher but more than that he helped build up inquisitive minds, questioning us and pushing our lessons a step further.. He made science fun, regaled us with stories and I still remember his great smile and our discussions on meditation and life's wonders as well as astrophysics . We were lucky to have him as our teacher.
So sorry to hear of the death of Chris. I worked with him in the science dept. in Newpark and we had many beautiful conversations. He was a true gentleman and admired by all who had contact with him. He had an extraordinary inventive mind and could solve any problem brought to him. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
