So sorry to hear of the death of Christy. Himself and Jean were regular visitors to our house. I will always remember him singing 'The Rocks of Bawn' in our sitting room. Sincerest condolences.

We had the pleasure of meeting Christy on several occasions when he visited Helen and Wolfgang in Surbiton. We will always remember the special moments we shared over our common love for Maud (the cat), Asian pork belly bites, and Wolfie's unique habit of lighting the real candles on the Christmas Tree. Christy's quiet and gentle nature touched our hearts in a profound way.

He was delighted to hear I was from Cavan & more so from Killeshandra where his now late friends Owenie & Annie Lynch lived. He attended more gatherings but unfortunately Covid later stopped these.
