So sad to hear of Christy's death. He was one of life's really nice people and he will be missed by all of us. We send our deepest sympathy to family and just to say, we won't forget the great times we had during Derek's cycle racing days. Gone but won't be forgotten.

Particularly following so closely on death of Christy's brothers, which along with the current restrictions makes Christy’s death all the more heart-breaking for you all.

To all the Nugent Family. We are so very very sorry to hear of the passing of our dear friend Christy. He contacted us in 2016 following Danny's sudden illness, and both he and the lovely Billy never left our side since. His last visit was in January with Billy and Tommy. He worked with Danny at Ascon for years, M50 etc. An absolute gentleman, we couldn't say enough for him. The regular visits to Danny and the laughs. Not forgetting the delicious pots of jam that Christy became renowned for. RIP our dear friend Christy, we will not forget you.
