One of my fondest memories from childhood are of him playing the guitar in your beautiful garden, while Lauren, Nicole and I sang along—those moments were filled with warmth, laughter, and music. I will always carry them with me.

Dear Vera & Family,

We had the privilege of being your neighbours for many years. Chuck was always there to offer a helping hand, forever smiling and always had time to chat. We are so sorry for your immense loss. We know how greatly he will be missed by so many. We are on holidays and sadly will be unable to attend the funeral. RIP Chuck. A true Gentleman.

More than that I had the honour of playing his music on Near FM. Chuck may have left us but his voice and his music will live on forever.
