I worked with Ciara at Terminalfour for almost seven years. She was such a lovely, warm and kind colleague, with a great sense of fun and a ready laugh. She had a keen intelligence and developed expert knowledge and skills, which she readily and modestly shared with her teammates.
It was obvious to all of us how much she loved her family and how proud she was of Chloe and Darragh. Her face would light up with her beautiful smile any time she spoke of them. It is a devastating loss. Sincere condolences to Paul, Chloe and Darragh, her parents, brothers and extended family. May Ciara rest in peace.

I am heartbroken by the sudden passing of Ciara. She was the most beautiful person inside and out with a smile and laugh that brought such happiness to everyone around her.

From the first night out with the St Pius Mums, almost ten years ago, we were all drawn to Ciara and her kind & fun personality. She was always up for a laugh and I loved having the chats with her and going for walks together. It was a privilege to have known her and to have been her friend.

It was always a joy to see Ciara — she truly was one of the kindest and most genuine people you could ever meet.

Ciara and I were good friends many years ago, when summer projects, sleepovers, youth clubs and sitting on corner walls were our sole reason for being! Ciara was the embodiment of fun, grace and glamour, akin to an American prom queen during our school days, and she carried that same warmth and beauty with her throughout her life. From early years in primary and secondary school at Pres to more recent encounters like the Pius Parents’ Table Quiz this past February, she always radiated kindness, friendliness, and positivity. I had the pleasure of sitting beside Ciara when I first joined Terminalfour back in 2017, and I couldn’t have asked for a better desk neighbour. She was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help—no matter how small or silly my questions were. We'd “occasionally” find ourselves chatting nonsense and laughing about all sorts, especially the latest reality TV shows we were watching at the time. I have such fond memories of those days before moving abroad. I'd always look forward to seeing Ciara at the company meetups and catching up. My heartfelt condolences to Ciara's family and friends during this unimaginable time. She was one of a kind. Rest in peace, Ciara.

Ciara was just the most wonderful human - so full of life and fun and happiness - always glass full, always a kind word, a good laugh. She was the first mum I met going through the gates of St Pius on the girls first day of school with Daragh in the buggy and we had so many opportunities for chats and laughs over the years through kids parties and school events (and the odd drink or two!). She bore her illness with such strength and bravery - she was a true inspiration 💜

I also loved meeting Ciara’s mam on school runs over the years and you have been very much in my thoughts over the last week.
