In College with Ciaran back in the 70’s and worked with him later in County Hall. Whilst I lost contact with him over the years I remember him as a very kind and generous man, always looking out for new people starting work. And of course he had a brilliant mind. My condolences to Ciaran’s family . Ciaran

We have kept in touch .The most recent time we met was in Wexford.We had lunch together in September.He always got in touch when he visited Wicklow.
