We are all so grateful for having the chance to spend time with Ciarán over the years. His enthusiasm for his family and intelligence dealing with issues were always on display and made him a cherished member of our wider family. May he now rest in peace 🕊️

Dear Wife Kanya, Daughter Aoife and Family of Ciaran,- Your message simply broke my heart and I cannot express the sadness I feel right now. I know that no matter what beautiful words I use, I will not be able to bring you comfort in your loss, however, I have to write a few words out of my heart's desire to mentally cope with it myself. From the first moment we met at the bank, Ciaran was an absolutely wonderful, warm person and very professional. His understanding, patience and determination are the result of the fact that we now have our own safe family home. Even though he is no longer between us, he will always remain in the heart of my family and we will always remember him with very warm words. I know that God's mercy will allow us to meet again and when we are saved to eternal life we ​​will be able to smile together again with his family and his loved ones. I offer my sincerest and deepest condolences to the entire Family and Loved ones of our friend Ciaran. (I am very sorry that the quality of my English language cannot express literally what I feel at the moment, but I tried my best)

I worked with Ciarán for a short time in UB, he was a true gentleman & I remember the pride he had when he spoke of his family. Stunned to hear of Ciaran’s passing. I worked with Ciaran in Coolock branch from 2019 until it closed for good in April of this year. I have great memories of all my time in Ulster Bank but there was something special about the colleagues I finished up with this year, we shared a special bond as we shared the strange task of wrapping up the bank’s operation in Ireland.

We had a lovely meal and a few drinks that night. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that would be the last time I’d see him.

My heartfelt condolences to his mother, wife and daughter who he thought the world of.

I met Ciaran a number of times at banking events and he was a gentleman. So very sorry to hear this news. May he rest in peace.
