I knew him only a little through Orla and JL and was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was a warm person, exciting and fun to talk to and I hugely admired his adventurous spirit. Whenever chatting about him with Orla I always referred to him as "Action Man" or "Superman".

There are many sides to a person and I am sorry that I did not have the opportunity to know more of Ciaran's.

May he rest in peace and may his family and friends find comfort and calmness of soul in the next days and weeks.
