I met Ciaran when I started working in Ambulance Control in Castlebar. He always lit up the room. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, one of the finest paramedics in the country, a gentleman, a legend. Ciaran always took great joy in helping others and I dont think I ever saw anyone drive an ambulance from Castlebar to Galway as quick as Ciaran did.
Im proud to have called Ciaran a friend as well as a colleague. Sadly missed by us all, we had some great laughs over the years.
