Dear Catherine and Joe. I have just learned that your beautiful son Ciaran passed away suddenly at such a young age. I knew him as the friendly witty handsome young man serving behind the bar in the Golden anchor. I know he had just set off on a new journey working in Dublin. To all the extended Gregan and Kavanagh families who are the heartbeat of the Castletown community epitomising everything that is so good in this parish , my deepest , heartfelt condolences..

Ciaran was one of the funniest people I’ve ever met, I’ll never forget his laugh and his pranks. So many funny memories and such a bright light to be around. He was such a kind and caring soul. Rest peacefully Ciaran you’ll be missed by so so many. My thoughts are with his family at this time x
