Ciaran was always a pleasure to be around. His stories and laughter brightened many a day in ICU. Always treated his patients with dignity and respect.A true character. My condolences to his wife Rita and family. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.

It was always a joy to work with Ciaran, Never a dull moment in theatre. One great day was when a patient told Ciaran to keep quiet as he (the patient) had paid for the pleasure of being there and he was going to tell the jokes! He will live long in our memories. My condolences to Rita and his family and friends.

Brother, I tried so hard to get back for your funeral. Unfortunately it wasn't to be but I watched online and was sending virtual hugs to everyone. You shared your love of poker, Liverpool & music with me as we grew up. And I thank you for that as I still have the love of all three today. Even made a business out of two of them, lol. You will be so sadly missed by everyone who knew you. You were always the life and soul of the party and continually cracking jokes and making us laugh. I'd actually say this is another thing you taught me. Although in fairness, I'm definitely funnier. You left a very strong family who will look after "The Boss" and they will all have wonderful memories that they can cherish for every. Rest In Peace Bro.
