We got to know Ciáran and his amazing food during the pandemic, and over time, his cooking became the highlight of many family occasions. It's really hard to believe that he is gone. Although all our interactions were through his business, we all were so saddened by the news, as we shared a great respect and appreciation for him, as a kind, warm and generous person. We will really miss him. He always spoke so warmly of his family, and clearly had a great love for you all.

Dear Eamonn, Bairbre, Aoife, Fearghal and Neasa, I was heartbroken to hear of poor Ciaran's accident and subsequent passing. It seems a robbery of life. He was such a lovely man. I remember him trying to teach me how to drive his honda 50, in templeogue. I was terrified. Please accept my deepest condolences and pass them on to Siobhan and their children. I had hoped to make the funeral but unfortunately couldnt manage it. Look after yourselves. M
