We are very sad to hear of Ciaran’s passing. There are many memories visiting Windsor ave when we would come over from New York. The music was so special and always filled the air. You were loved and will be greatly missed.

Ciaran made us feel welcome when we moved to Fairview, dropping in notes, gifts and inviting me to play with him in the local. He was a generous and talented man and although we only knew him for a few years, he will be sorely missed in our household. Go n-eirigh an t-adh leat mo chara, ta tu ag seint do na h-aingeal anois.

We were both deeply saddened to hear of Ciarán's passing. Many years ago when we were neighbours in Windsor Ave, we fondly remember waking up to the beautiful music Ciarán would gift us with on a Sunday morning, what a talent.

It is with deep sadness I have heard about Ciaran. I have great memories of him playing with my father Tom here in Raheny. Ar Dheis de go raibh a anam.

Ciarán will be greatly missed by us and our daughters at our regular music sessions in Fairview. He was a wonderful musician and kind and generous with his music, wit and stories. He was a lovely man

We are both so sad at the passing of Ciaran. I know Ciaran since I was very young ,he was a great friend of my mother Maire Garvey .He was like another member of our family ,I have great memories of him playing in my family home and at sessions all over Ireland We recorded a CD together , Ciaran, Dan Healy ,my brother Sean and my niece Ciara .we have lost a true Gentleman,so kind ,full of wit and humor ,and a wonderful story teller ,his music was breath taking ,,We will really miss him R.I.P.
